1. Who we are
This website is operated by the data controller below. We are based in Spain, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD) and the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI) apply to how we handle your data, wherever you are.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the form
- Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
- Your answers: why you are looking, your budget range and your timeline.
- Whether you agreed to this notice and whether you asked for updates, with the date and the version of the text you saw.
- How you reached us, if the link you followed says so (for example, the name of an advertising campaign).
When you write to us or talk to us
What you choose to tell us by email, phone or video call.
When you visit the website
Our server records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the website secure and working, and to show it only in the countries we serve.
Please do not send us identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through this website.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We send email only to people who asked for it. The first email asks you to confirm your address.
4. How we review requests
To answer the most urgent requests first, your answers about timeline and budget are used to sort requests into groups. A person reads every request and decides how to reply. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you automatically.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not go further: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- News and updates: until you unsubscribe.
- If you buy or sign an agreement: for as long as the law requires us to keep records related to it.
- Server logs: a maximum of [30] days.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use service providers who process data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement:

7. Where your data is stored
We store your data on servers in the European Union [confirm]. If a provider ever needs to process it outside the European Economic Area, we will only use providers covered by an EU adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interest;
- send it to you or to someone else in a common format;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.
Write to privacy@casacampillo.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. For US residents
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. You can ask us what we hold, correct it or delete it, as explained in section 8. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
10. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar technologies to track you, and it does not store information on your device. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
11. Security and minors
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who need it to answer your request can see your data.
This website is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Use of this website
The texts, photos, films, plans and brand on this website belong to their owners and may not be copied or shared without permission. Private presentations are shared with you personally. Please do not forward them.
The information about any home is for guidance only and does not form an offer or part of a contract. It may change, and it is confirmed in the documents of each transaction. We do not give legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
Spanish law applies to this notice and to the use of this website.
